Challenge #5 - 3 Rounds of CINDY  - Playground at the Elementary School

Challenge #6 - 25m weighted KB lunges 53#/35# - Baseball Fields at Elementary School

Challenge #7 - 17 Burpees - At Finishline

For 2017... we will have judges at every challenge... athletes will qualify for a medal only if each challenge is completed Rx (as prescribed)

Please understand that all of these movements can be modified and scaled so that anybody can complete the gOnE bAd race. Also, each station will have a "judge/coach" to explain the movement and/or modify as necessary.

Registration will open at 730am. Athletes will sign up for heats on a first come first serve basis, limit of 5 athletes per heat. Athletes performing the course as Prescribed will go first.  Athletes completing the event Scaled will be placed in the same heat.  Heats will go off every 5 minutes starting at 8am. Athlete meeting at 745am to explain challenges and answer questions.
